Anna Baird serves as the Director of Clinical Operations for Realo Drugs, a regional independently owned pharmacy group in North Carolina servicing the coast to the triangle. Baird is a 2018 graduate of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. After graduation, she completed a PGY1 Community-based Pharmacy Residency with UNC and Realo Drugs. She is the program coordinator and a certified lifestyle coach for the National Diabetes Prevention Program and an educator for Realo’s Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support program. She works closely with providers at a local ACO providing chronic care management services, patient disease state education, and medication adherence quality metric support.
