James A. Gartner, RPh, MBA

Jim Gartner is President of PerformRx, LLC, a Philadelphia-based pharmacy benefit management organization accredited by NCQA and URAC. With 30 years of executive experience, he oversees PerformRx and PerformSpecialty®, PerformRx’s fully integrated specialty pharmacy. Gartner’s expertise spans retail and home infusion pharmacy, PBM management, and health plan pharmacy, enhancing consumer experiences. He holds an MBA from Cleveland State University, a BS in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University, and a certification in artificial intelligence strategies from Northwestern University. Gartner is actively involved in industry leadership, serving on NCPDP Foundation, PCMA, and PQA boards.
