Margaret Davis has more than twenty years of experience in health policy, advocacy, and health services research. She currently leads the Federal policy team at Pfizer. Areas of expertise include the Medicare prescription drug program, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part B coverage and reimbursement, Medicare payment & delivery system reform, and access issues for low-income Medicare beneficiaries. Prior roles include health care policy research and advocacy at the Institute for Medicare Practice at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, Policy Analyst at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and grassroots advocacy on women’s health and education issues for several non-profit advocacy organizations. Ms. Davis has published on a variety of topics in both Health Affairs and the Health Care Financing Review. She earned her undergraduate degree from Colgate University, and her M.H.S. in Public Health/Health Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
