Geannette "GiGi" Green, PharmD, MPH, is Senior Manager of Pharmacy Quality Initiatives at Centene Corporation on the Pharmacy Quality Improvement team. She holds a Bachelor from Xavier University of Louisiana and Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Her combined 15 years of experience began within health science research and later transitioned into managed care pharmacy after earning a Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin. For the last 4 years, she has developed, executed, and evaluated member and provider clinical programs which improve patient outcomes and support part D quality measure performance. She leverages data-driven insights to design new and enhance current interventions for improved health outcomes by analyzing health disparities and social determinants of health, designing strategic plans and tracking mechanisms to address gaps, drive organizational change and advance health equity. She leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams to set targets, establish governance models for prioritizing initiatives and drive transformation. In addition to her current role at Centene, GiGi now serves on Centene Pharmacy Services DEI Council, is the Centene Corporation PGY-1 Residency Program Coordinator, and is a Career Coach for Pharmacy Initiative Leaders.
