Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention
Dr. Nicole Therrien is a Pharmacist in the Applied Research and Evaluation Branch of the Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In this role she supports knowledge translation and dissemination of evidence-informed pharmacist services and leads a portfolio of applied research projects. She provides technical assistance to state and local health departments on strategies to engage pharmacists in public health initiatives and to support community clinical linkages. She received her Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Iowa College of Public Health and Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from University of Iowa College of Pharmacy.
