Kelsey Hake, PharmD

Kelsey Hake, PharmD serves as the Director of Engagement of the Pennsylvania Pharmacists Care Network. Dr. Hake leads quality improvement and quality assurance in this role by supporting community pharmacies in the network with implementation and provision of enhanced patient care services.
Dr. Hake also serves as a Senior Program Manager at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. She collaborates with student pharmacists, interns, and post-graduate learners on grants and community-based research while teaching students about community pharmacy practice and innovation.
